1

on Oct 7th, 2011

It’s not something that any NYC rental apartment resident wants to talk about, or even THINK about, but to everyone everywhere’s dismay, the great bedbug comeback of the 21st century seems to not be disappearing on its own anytime soon.

Cheap Apartments in Manhattan: Bargains with a Catch… or, Should I Say, a Climb

If someone offered you a light and airy West Village rental apartment with two full bedrooms for only $2000 a month, you’d take it a second, right? Small Apartments: Tiny Places to Live in NYC and Beyond

1

on Aug 5th, 2011

It’s a seemingly inevitable part of NYC living: at some time or another, no matter how much we love our homes, residents of NYC rental apartments will wish we had more space. • What is Urban Edge?

Urban Edge is a FREE no fee apartment website. Apartments for rent are listed by the owners, property managers, and leasing agents. Many of them connect their database directly to ours, so you're not looking at listings that have already been rented.

Here's what you WON'T find: bait and switch ads, brokers pretending to be owners, the same apartment posted by 20 different agents, and scam postings. How, you ask, do we do that?

This is how: no one posts an apartment for rent without their account first being approved by our top notch staff, trained to sniff out evil-doers (and brokers charging a fee).

Nabes we cover: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Westchester County, Nassau County, Northern New Jersey (Hudson, Bergen and Essex Counties), and Fairfield County in CT.
