Bensonhurst Apartments

NY apartments are sometimes lumped together with other listings in other nearby communities, especially Bath Heights, Dyker Heights, or Borough Park.

But Bensonhurst is a distinct neighborhood with well-established boundaries: Stillwell Avenue and 86th Street to the south (and Gravesend and Bath Beach); 13th Avenue to the west (and Dyker Heights); 60th Street to the north (and Borough Park); and McDonald Avenue to the east (and Midwood).

Bensonhurst: Brooklyn's Little Italy

Many people  refer to the area as Brooklyn's Little Italy, and the community's main commercial strip on 18th Avenue is lined with locally-owned Italian restaurants, cafes, butchers, and many other businesses. Every year, thousands of New Yorkers flock to Bensonhurst for the annual end-of-summer celebration, the Festa di Santa Rosalia.
