Victorian Flatbush / Beverly Square Apartments

Beverly Square is a Brooklyn neighborhood located in the Flatbush area, just south of Prospect Park.

The neighborhood is known for its beautiful, large Victorian houses that were constructed in the early 1900s. The tree-lined streets with front yards and gardens make this suburban-style neighborhood a charming place to settle.

The elegant homes and lovely atmosphere make the Beverly Square area a wonderful place to find your family a NY apartment. If you are lucky enough to find a rental apartment within this charming neighborhood, you will be within a short walk from the B & Q trains, which will take residents to Manhattan's Union Square in just over 30 minutes. The two stations that service the region are the Beverly Road Station and the Cortelyou Station, both fairly accessible from both the East and West sections of Beverly Square.

Many Brooklynites consider Beverly Square to be just another section of Ditmas Park, as the Victorian homes and suburban styles are strikingly similar. The incredible suburban character combined with the central Brooklyn location make Beverly Square quite the hidden gem.
