GDC Properties

GDC Development Corp (GDC) was founded in 1964 by architects Martin and Samuel Ginsburg. For over 40 years they have been leading community developers throughout the southern and northeastern United States, building and acquiring thousands of apartment homes, condominiums and townhouses.

GDC Properties was founded in 1994 to specialize in the development, management and acquisition of residential and commercial income properties. Today GDC Properties boasts a diverse portfolio which consists of apartment communities and residential condominiums, as well as office buildings and shopping centers.
