The Heller Organization

The Heller Organization is a full service real estate firm that has been in existence for over 15 years. They specialize in the sale and rental of New York condominiums, cooperative apartments and townhouses, as well as long and short-term rentals and corporate relocation. Their commercial division represents both tenants and landlords for office and retail leasing, investment properties, development sites and/or bulk purchase opportunities.

Although The Heller Organization is a broker, they also do the exclusive leasing for several buildings, and do not charge a fee on those units.  Listings on Urban Edge do not have a fee, however inquire about broker fees on any other listings they may show you.
