Perseus Management is an independent property-management firm servicing the upper Manhattan neighborhoods of Harlem & Morningside Heights, Washington Heights, and Inwood.  We are located at 551 West 170th Street, Suite #3, New York, NY.     

All of our buildings are professionally managed in order to provide the highest level of service to meet your living needs.  We focus on maintaining and improving the structure and systems of the properties we manage, and specialize in providing preventative maintenance services by taking a pro-active approach to management.  We have implemented state of the art camera and key systems in all of our properties under management and upgraded all systems necessary in order to drastically improve the quality and habitability of the properties.  

Additionally, we strive to meet the needs of our residents.  Our experienced management staff is involved in every aspect of the operations of our properties.  All maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner by our professional team of maintenance personnel and superintendents
