Safeguard Realty Management, Inc was founded in 1991 by Thomas D. Gagliano and Ivan F. Villarruel, and has quickly grown in size and recognition. Safeguard is a fully integrated real estate property management, brokerage and advisory firm dedicated to assisting clients ranging from individuals to institutional investors.

As a property manager, they ensure that each client's objectives are being met or exceeded, that each property is performing at its optimal level, that all residents are safe and comfortable at all times and that the communities in which they manage are enhanced and steadily improved each day by their work.

Please note that Safeguard Realty also has a brokerage division.  Most of their rental apartments listings are no fee, and you see their no fee units listed on Urban Edge. However, before viewing any unit, you should double-check to make sure there is no brokers fee being charged.
