Zimland Holdings

Zimland Holdings traces its roots to the 1930's, when two friends and partners began acquiring residential and commercial properties in and around New York City on a handshake agreement that lasted the remainder of their lives. Today, we strive to honor this relationship as several of these original investments continue to be held and/or operated by their descendants, nearly 80 years later.
