It is hereby acknowledged by Sellers/Listers that:

(A) Urban Edge Realty LLC (Urban Edge) has created this website as a marketing tool for potential renters/sellers of real estate;

(B) Urban Edge is not acting as a real estate broker with regard to any property portrayed or described on this website and Urban Edge receives no additional compensation based upon the sale/rental of such properties;

(C) No representative of Urban Edge has viewed the subject  rental apartments, condominium apartments, cooperative apartments, and/or other real estate portrayed and described on this website;

(D) All representations concerning cooperative apartments, condominium apartments, rental apartments and other real estate portrayed and described on this website have been provided by Sellers/Listers and are not representations made by Urban Edge;

(E) Seller/Lister hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Urban Edge from any actions taken by third parties against Urban Edge related to alleged misrepresentations regarding such properties, including but not limited to any judgment based upon same and reasonable attorney's fees related to defending such actions.
