    Beachside Living in Rockaway Park

Residents of Rockaway Park apartments have access to the subway via the A train (only ten times a day, rush hour only) and the Rockaway Park Shuttle, which both terminate at the Rockaway Park - Beach 116th Street. There are a few buses that pass through the neighborhood, and the QM16 express bus that will take passengers into Manhattan within an hour, which is quicker than taking the subway. Another option for residents is the local Q35 bus that stop at the Brooklyn College - Flatbush Avenue Station, where they can transfer to the numbers 2 & 5 trains.
