Twitter can be used to let people know when you have a new apartment on the market.  Urban Edge allows consumers to “follow” new apartments in the neighborhood of their choice.  For example, someone seeking a 2BR on the Upper East Side, can “follow” Urban Edge upper east side.  Then, when you have an upper east side apartment, Urban Edge will let the consumer know via Twitter.
