Historic Front Street is a luxury development made up of eleven warehouses built in the late 1700s and early 1800s, as well as three buildings from 2005. It is located on one of Lower Manhattan's most desireable blocks, paved with cobblestone and lined with only independent businesses, including eight retaurants, a wine bar, ale house, coffee shop and more.

Many of our apartment have exposed brick, 200 year old columns, wooden ceiling joists or other original elements. Others are sleek, sunny and modern. But all of them have wonderful kitchens with volcanic stone counters, stainless steel appliances and plenty of room for even the most serious chef. Each apartment also has a washing machine/dryer, video intercom and geothermal heating and air with separate zones for each room, and stylish bathrooms with marble flooring and subway tile walls.

Historic Front Street is located in Manhattan's historic Seaport neighborhood with structures and some businesses stretching back over 200 years. This block, between Beekman and Peck Slip, was completely restored in  2005 and contains only independent businesses, and has a community feel that is difficult to find in bustling New York City.

It is close to many subway lines along Fulton Street and the Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall stops. It is also convenient to the Brooklyn Bridge, FDR, Brooklyn/Battery Tunnel and all of downtown.

Historic Front Street is very pet-friendly, and a pet store and doggie-day care is located in the block, with a dog park only short walk away. It is also a block from the bike path along the East River.
