Presidential Apartments

Pet policy: Dogs OK , We will accept pets on a case by case basis. Applicants with approved pets will pay an $150 pet fee for up to two animals at lease signing. The terms are: dogs under 25 pounds full grown; no aggressive breeds; no more than two pets; we will require photographs of the pet(s); veterinarian documentation that the animal has all of its shots; dogs must be licensed.
