For an annual fee of $750 per tenant, members of the “31 Club” have access to a state-of-the-art fitness room, lounge with large flat-screen TV, wireless internet, 2nd floor sundeck complete with billiard table, 16 seat movie theater style screening room, work-out classes, and continental breakfast served Monday to Friday 6:30-9:30 am.

Apartments feature floor to ceiling double-paned windows, some with amazing city views, white oak strip floors, 9 foot ceilings, ample closet space, and are pre-wired for high speed internet. Kitchens include honed granite countertops, Moen sinks, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile floors and mosaic tile backsplash. Bathrooms include porcelain tile floors, Luna marble tub surround, and oversized showerheads. The building also has a roof-deck with 360 degree panoramic views.

Requirements: We welcome all domestic and international applicants. There is a $75 application fee per person. 1 month rent and 1 month security due at lease signing. The building is rent stabilized so good credit is a MUST!!
