Viridian

The Viridian represents one of the best designed, luxurious low rises in the Greenpoint, Brooklyn neighborhood. It also is convenient to the subway, located 1 block from the G train on India Street, as well as the new East River Ferry.

Located at 110 Green Street, the Viridian is a relatively new development. Opened in 2009, it encompasses a total of 6 floors and 130 units. It contains not only a fitness center and round the clock fitness classes, but an indoor heated pool. Check out a book from the library within the Viridian. Better yet, try spending an afternoon on the spectacular roof deck or at the custom indoor children’s playroom. The Viridian is only a 15 minute walk from McCarren Park. And while being close to the park and subway are definite selling points, it's the design of the complex and outstanding amenities that are really what puts this complex on the map.
