Pet policy: Pets OK , We happily welcome cats & dogs under 45 lbs. There is a non-refundable $500 pet fee at move-in and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. We allow two (2) pets per apartment.

Choose from one-, two- or three- bedroom apartments each designed to provide bright and airy rooms with nine-foot ceilings and six-foot windows. All of our apartment homes feature fully equipped kitchens with frost-free refrigerators with icemakers, dishwashers, gas stoves and garbage disposals. Each home offers a unique feel with such features as wall-to-wall carpeting , vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathrooms and in home washer/dryers for added convenience. Application and Move-in Information for Windsor at Liberty House

Fees: An application fee of $75 is required for each applicant over the age of 18. There is a $1000 security deposit (pending credit approval), and a $500 amenity fee due at move-in.
